Solo Practitioner in Bankruptcy law seeking LEGAL ASSISTANT with 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE in BANKRUPTCY.

This position can be FULL TIME in the office or PART TIME in the office with some work at home, depending on the individual's personal situation. Person would work as Independent Contractor initially.

The person applying MUST be experienced with Bestcase software, scanning documents, Reaffirmation Agreements, preparing and filing Notices/Motions with the Bankruptcy Court, and must have laptop computer.
