Creditors’ rights law firm seeks full-time legal assistant with 2+ years garnishment, payroll, or law firm experience for our Concord office to support its growing practice.


We are looking for an energetic and resourceful person who:

• Has the utmost attention to detail
• Has proficient computer skills
• Has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong organizational skills
• Is successful as a member of a team and is able to work independently

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparing documents for attorney review and signature
• Communicating with courts, sheriffs’ departments, banks, and employers
• Interaction with clients, attorneys, and staff on records-related issues and providing general legal support to attorneys
• General office functions (copying, faxing, scanning, data entry, etc.)
• Additional projects as needed

Preferred candidates will have garnishment experience.
