3-4 Year Licensing Attorney with M&A Due Diligence Experience
Our client seeks an Attorney with 3-4 years of experience working on due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions matters relating to licensing matters.

Requirements:
• Must have 3-5 years of large law firm associate experience working licensing matters
• Must have M&A due diligence experience
• CA Bar admission in good standing
• Must be available to start immediately
