Paralegal/Family Law/Contract Position

We are looking for an experienced paralegal to assist with family court cases. Cases may be at different stages and may require initial drafting of Complaints and/or motion practice. Experience with discovery in divorce proceedings involving complex financial discovery and investigation is preferred. Cases involving custody/visitation, adoption, terminal of parental rights, etc. are also involved. This position does not require working in our law office and can be performed at home. Ability to prepare attorney for trials is also preferred. Please forward detailed resume. May lead to full-time in office position.
